We are seeking a Client Relations Intern who is passionate about communication and relationship-building. Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Support the preparation of client reports, proposals, and presentations.
Help coordinate project timelines and ensure updates are communicated effectively.
Learn how to manage client expectations and provide timely follow-ups.
Assist in collecting client feedback and suggesting improvements.
Work closely with creative and development teams to ensure client goals are met.
Gain exposure to customer service systems and CRM tools.
Provide administrative support related to client accounts.
Requirements and Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in client management, customer service, or business development.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
