Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Execution:Â Collaborate with Account Executives and the Creative Team to plan and implement innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement and achieve client objectives.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media pages for multiple clients, including scheduling content, engaging with the community, monitoring brand mentions, and fostering positive online conversations.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies, identify target audiences, and stay ahead of social media trends.
Industry Knowledge: Stay at the forefront of social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.
Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging and shareable social media content, including copywriting, graphics, and videos, that resonate with target audiences and reflect brand identities.
Client Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing campaign strategies, performance results, and future recommendations.
Requirements and Skills
Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of social media platforms and their nuances.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building strong relationships, presenting campaign strategies, and collaborating with internal teams.
Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing principles, best practices, and advertising platforms, with the ability to create data-driven campaigns. Have a passion for social media and a finger on the pulse of the latest trends and viral content.
Technical Proficiency:Â Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Time Management: Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to juggle multiple client accounts, projects, and deadlines effectively.
Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
Vehicle Ownership:Â Must possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for client meetings and occasional travel.
