About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, creative Marketing Intern to support our in-house brand team. You’ll help brainstorm and create content, support campaign rollouts, assist with social media planning, and keep a pulse on digital trends. This is a hands-on opportunity to work inside one of Barbados’ leading creative brands, contributing to everything from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities
Assist with content planning, scheduling, and research across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Brainstorm and pitch content ideas that align with our brand tone, audience, and seasonal trends.
Support the team in executing campaigns, events, and activations.
Help draft captions, short-form copy, and social media posts with clear messaging and strong CTAs.
Track and organize marketing data — including post performance, engagement rates, and trends.
Conduct competitor, trend, and hashtag research to support strategy development.
Support the team during shoots, events, or live activations as needed.
Assist in monitoring and capturing behind-the-scenes content for Stories or Reels.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, new platform features, and cultural conversations relevant to our audience.
Bring curiosity, creativity, and initiative — we're a fast-moving team and value ideas at every level.
Reports To: General Manager
Requirements
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel including shoots and meetings.
• Required. Must be comfortable scheduling content, managing pages, and handling day-to-day platform use.
• Able to manage multiple clients and projects at once without compromising quality.
• Contribute ideas and assist in brainstorming content that aligns with client goals.
• Work effectively with Account Executives and the Creative Team to keep workflows smooth.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, project management platforms (like Monday.com), and digital communication tools.
Experience
• Familiarity with social media tools, production logistics, and fast-paced campaign support.
Additional Notes
• This role includes field work and may require evening or weekend availability during busy periods.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to high standards of delivery.
