We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, and content execution in Barbados. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of creative and organizational strengths, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll play a key role in managing partnerships, influencers, and content creation to support brand goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Oversee brand presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), including scheduling and publishing content.

  • Lo-Fi Content Shooting: Capture and edit simple, on-the-go content (behind-the-scenes, UGC-style, etc.) for social use.

  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with online communities, respond to messages and comments, and uphold brand voice.

  • Strategy Development: Assist / Collaborate with management & marketing team to design and implement marketing strategies that align with brand goals, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaign performance.

  • Sponsorship Proposals: Assist in the development of partnership and sponsorship decks, proposals, and presentations.

  • Vendor Facilitation: Coordinate with external vendors to manage project needs, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Influencer Management: Identify, onboard, and manage influencer relationships from outreach to content delivery.

  • Talent Casting: Help source and coordinate talent for campaigns, activations, and shoots.


Reports To: General Manager



Requirements

  • Must have access to a vehicle

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or content coordination role.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working with creators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools.

  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and handle multiple priorities.




Experience

• 1–2 years in a marketing or content coordination role, preferably within a creative agency environment.

• Familiarity with social media tools, production logistics, and fast-paced campaign support.




Additional Notes


• This role includes field work and may require evening or weekend availability during busy periods.

• Candidates should be self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to high standards of delivery.
